Welcome To Positive Network Community Project

Positive Network community project is intergenerational, primarily concerned with supporting the mental health of black minority ethnic groups within South London.

We aim to enhance community cohesion, address loneliness and combat social isolation through developing well-being activities, thus enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals.

To date, the project offers a range of activities for well-being, including exercises, art classes, and drawing, not only for the body but also to stimulate the mind.

Our projects promote physical, social, and emotional well-being by providing whole heart, body and mind services.

If you need support with issues of the mind such as loneliness, isolation, or dementia, we’ve got you covered from head to toe, and it’s all here in our live well services.

In helping the elderly to live well and age, we will enable people to live well with memory concerns and dementia to reduce loneliness and isolation.

Our Activity Centre

Here at Positive Network, we make it as easy as ABC for people to engage in fun stuff, make new friends or enjoy themselves.

Through our array of activities for men and women, dominoes, bingo.

It doesn’t matter about your confidence or skill level we would love to meet you and to help you improve your physical, emotional and social well-being.

A list of activities, a fantastic range of activities and groups, friendships, and companions are a big part of what we do and improve our mental health and well-being.
